UAB “Rubineta” is a European producer and supplier of certified faucets and plumbing accessories.

In order to ensure continuous growth of competitiveness in export markets, the company is participating in the project “Implementation of Management Method for UAB “Rubineta” Needs” according to the measure “Process LT” of Priority 3 “Promotion of Small and Medium Business Competitiveness” of the European Union Funds Investment Action Program 2014-2020.

The aim of this project is to ensure the steady growth of competitiveness of UAB Rubineta in export markets by increasing the efficiency of operations with the help of LEAN management methods. To achieve the goals, UAB Rubineta received EUR 13,775 support and will contribute another EUR 13,775 from its own funds.

The expected positive economic benefits of the project in 2018-2019, in terms of saved working hours and reduced inventory balance, consists of approximately EUR 553 000.
